About our Managers:
BUDDY & SANDY
Buddy and Sandy moved to the San Antonio area from
Dallas in 1998. Buddy’s background is in Law Office management and
Sandy worked many years doing factory work, exemplifying a couple
sharing a “Blue Collar / White collar” background which worked
very well for them.
Each bring individual skills to the management team and most of
all are “People Persons” who develop close bonds with their
tenants considering them friends, instead of customers. Both say
being involved with the development and opening of 3009 is one of
the most exciting and proudest accomplishments of their lives.
